On September 21, 2025 the Communities Together: NY Social Justice and Music Fest will transform 41st Street between 6th Avenue and Broadway into a vibrant space for social justice, culture, and community unity, powered by the voices and visions of coalitions of citizens, activists, artists, advocates, educators, service providers, public servants. musicians, artists, and performers.
Featuring live performances by Eleanor & Dario, Ross Byron, Lenny Loop, Orion Chacon-Hurst, Mick Oakleaf, Patti Rothberg, Val Kinzler Band, Vinny Mongeluzo, and more.

Use of Hours: The event will span six hours, featuring a balanced program of three hours of live music and three hours of host-led segments and oratory presentations. Musical performances and spoken engagements will alternate throughout the day, creating a dynamic rhythm of sound, storytelling, and community dialogue.

Participants
A diverse coalition of voices will be present, including advocates and organizations working in health, homelessness, tenant rights, immigration, labor, and equitable development. Elected officials, residents, and community groups who share our principles will come together to amplify local struggles and build collective power.
Purpose & Objectives
This event aims to spotlight pressing societal issues and advocate for humane, people-centered governing policies. By highlighting injustices in health, housing, homelessness, development, and anti-war efforts, we also showcase the initiatives, achievements, and collective actions underway to challenge and transform harmful policies and systems.
